Your Content

When you upload, submit, store, send or receive content to or through our Services, you give MountFeed a limited license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

Neither MountFeed nor its suppliers and licensors makes any warranty that the Service will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Service at your own discretion and risk.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event will MountFeed, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for:

  • Any special, incidental or consequential damages;
  • The cost of procurement for substitute products or services;
  • For interruption of use or loss or corruption of data;
  • For any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to MountFeed under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.

MountFeed shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MountFeed, its contractors, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

8. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of our website at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement, you may simply discontinue using our website.

All provisions of this Agreement which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

MountFeed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 15 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
